This challenge prepares the teacher to evaluate the students' ability to apply knowledge, skills and attitudes in the resolution of complex problems or real life situations in a specific context, learn to assess the evidence of the learning of acquired competencies, recognizing the students' progress, comparing their initial state and the progress achieved throughout the educational process.

Facilitate the teacher's identification and use of evaluation criteria, indicators or standards to choose the most appropriate tests and instruments for the evaluation of competencies.

Diagnosis for the
learning

Plan initial activities in the didactic sequences to assess the level of prior knowledge of the students, adapt the activities to their needs and then link them to the new knowledge acquired.

Phases of the evaluation

Integration of the three moments of formative assessment in the design of didactic units, allowing the sequences to be adjusted to adapt the learning of each student and foster the development of learning competence.
