Encourage peer-to-peer learning through stable or flexible cooperative teams, assignment of students in the role of "tutors" to provide specific support to their peers during a given period, and other strategies that promote collaboration in the classroom.

Emotional safety for

Create interpersonal relationships where students learn to manage their emotions, through reflections and exercises designed to increase their own emotional awareness, with activities that promote understanding of how their emotions affect others.

Encourage didactic communication channels that facilitate student participation in educational activities, through tools such as assemblies and other participatory strategies.
